MLS Mindful Therapy is a place where you can find a professional with empathy, authenticity, and real-life experience to help you navigate life’s challenges.
Teletherapy enables you to have flexibility and comfort while receiving professional therapy. Sometimes life can be so busy it doesn’t seem like there is time to work on yourself; teletherapy is convenient and doesn’t require a commute to an office.
We specialize in helping our clients with stress, anxiety, and relationships in a supportive, comfortable environment.

Mary Lou Silvestros, LCSW, SAP
Mary Lou began working in the field of substance abuse and mental health at an inpatient treatment center in 2007. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and 2011 respectively. In 2014, she left inpatient treatment to work in private practice as an individual and family counselor. Mary Lou is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania and Florida, as well as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). She specializes in Trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, OCD, mood disorders, grief, stress management, family issues, marital issues, divorce issues, and parenting issues. Mary Lou uses a trauma-informed, supportive counseling, strengths based approach to therapy.
Mary Lou is a strong advocate for holistic health and truly believes in people’s ability to get emotionally healthy so they can live their best life. When not working, Mary Lou enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling to new places!
Ray George, LPC
Ray is a transplant to Pittsburgh from southwestern Pennsylvania where he attained his bachelors degree in psychology from Saint Francis university in 2010. Ray completed his Masters in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University in 2012. Ray specializes in mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, family issues, adolescent issues, , stress management in adults and young adults, couples issues, addiction issues, behavioral issues, grief. Ray uses a dynamic approach that includes humor and Dewey, his therapy dog.
Ray offers in-person sessions in our Southpointe office on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well as Telehealth Mondays and Tuesdays. Ray is licensed in Pennsylvania as well as West Virginia. When not working, Ray and Dewey enjoy being outside – especially hiking and playing in the yard!
Ken Riddle, LPC
Ken obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State in 2010, and obtained his Master’s Degree in 2012 from Chatham University. Ken has been working in the field of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders since 2012. He specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, family issues, addiction issues, parenting issues, stress management in adults and adolescents, anger management, midlife issues, trauma/PTSD, marital issues, divorce issues, and thought disorders. Ken meets his client’s where they are to start, utilizing a person-centered approach with a touch of humor.
When he is not working, he loves to travel with his family, going to see live music, reading and watching the Pens! Ken is provides telehealth services online Tuesday-Thursday as well as having in office availability Friday’s at our Southpointe location. Ken is also accepting people working on their Licensed Professional Counselor hours for supervision services.
Venessa Bialas, LPC
Venessa joined our therapy team in 2022. Venessa obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Saint Francis University in 2014 and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Mount Aloysius College in 2020. Venessa worked as a family therapist from 2019-2022 prior to working in private practice. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in trauma/PTSD, attachment trauma, social skills, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, stress management in adults and adolescents, family issues, LGBQT+ support, and adolescent/young adult specific issues Venessa uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling approach. Venessa offers teletherapy services Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as in-person sessions on Monday at the Southpointe location.
When Venessa isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and animals, playing video games, doing crafts, and taking road trips.
Eva Kramer, LPC
Eva obtained her Master’s Degree in counseling from Geneva College in 2003. Over the past 20 years, she’s spent time in a variety of mental health settings, ranging from inpatient to in-home, school-based settings, and outpatient. Eva has experience working with children and their parents with parent-child interaction therapy, as well as with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health issues. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, family issues, stress management in adults and adolescents, marital issues, divorce issues, parenting issues, trauma/PTSD, and grief. Eva uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating humor and laughter.
Eva is a native of Southwestern Pennsylvania. When she’s not in the office, Eva can be found enjoying live theater and music, doing crosswords, spending time outdoors with her dog, and on the sidelines cheering for her kids. Eva offers telehealth appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays, and in-office appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Regan McGlennon, LPC
Regan McGlennon began working in the mental health field in 2018, gaining experience in both clinical and school based settings. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and her Master’s degree in School Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania. Regan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as grief and loss counseling. Regan specializes in depression, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, trauma, and mood disorders for adults and adolescents. Regan also provides services for grief, stress management, family and marital concerns, divorce, and parenting issues. She uses a person centered, trauma informed, strengths based approach to support adults as they navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.
Regan is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and working out. Regan offers in-person appointments Mondays, and virtual appointments Thursday and Friday.
Jennifer Pellen, LPC
Jennifer began working in the mental health field in 2017, gaining experience in both outpatient and school-based settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Counselor Education and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2020. Jennifer has supported children, adolescents, and adults through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, and she continues to serve as a school counselor helping students and their families navigate academic, family, social, and personal concerns. Jennifer uses a person-centered, strength-based approach, incorporating CBT and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and create meaningful change. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, family conflict, and self-esteem.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing on the river, reading, and focusing on personal growth. She offers in-person appointments on Monday from 4-8 pm at our Southpointe office, with virtual appointments available if preferred.
